Founded in 2019 by Ciarra Blackwell, Priority Talent Agency is a SAG-AFTRA franchised agency rooted in community. While working in the industry locally, Ciarra noticed the lack of representation for people of color in front and behind the camera. Being an Arizona native, she decided to open an inclusive agency that is driven by diversity to provide more opportunities to the talent in her community. She decided not to wait for an opportunity, but instead to create it
